Our meals are shipped in insulated boxes with non-toxic gel packs designed to maintain a refrigerated temperature throughout transit. We recommend refrigerating your meals immediately upon arrival.

We prioritize quality and sustainability by sourcing our produce and proteins from local farms and trusted suppliers. All our poultry is hormone-free and our beef is grass-fed whenever possible.

Yes, Power Kitchen offers a variety of plans including Keto, Vegan, Gluten-Free, and High-Protein options. You can filter our weekly menu by dietary preference to find the perfect fit.
When is the weekly deadline to place or modify an order?
To ensure we have the freshest ingredients ready for your prep, all orders or modifications must be submitted by Friday at 11:59 PM EST for delivery the following week.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription at any time?
Absolutely. You have full control over your subscription through your account dashboard. You can skip a week, pause, or cancel your plan as long as it is done before the weekly order deadline.
What should I do if my delivery is delayed or damaged?
Customer satisfaction is our priority. If your box arrives late or the contents are damaged, please take a photo and contact our support team within 24 hours for a full replacement or credit.
